This Privacy Policy explains how GD Advice Solutions LLP ("GD Advice", "we", "us" or "our"), LLP No. ACC-2356, having its office at SF05, Second Floor, Scottish Mall, Sector 48, Gurugram – 122018, Haryana, India, collects, uses, discloses and safeguards personal data when you visit this website or engage us for professional services.
This policy applies to personal data collected through this website, through enquiry forms on it, and in the course of providing professional services. It is issued in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it.
By submitting an enquiry form or otherwise providing your personal data to us, you consent to its collection and processing for the purposes described in this policy. You may withdraw consent at any time as set out in section 8.
Data you give us directly: name, business or company name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, city, the service or insurance requirement you select, and any information you include in the message field of an enquiry form.
Data collected in the course of an engagement: where you engage us for taxation, accounting, compliance, payroll, funding or insurance-related services, we may collect financial, statutory and identity information necessary to perform that engagement, including PAN, GSTIN, bank and accounting records and statutory filings.
Technical data: our hosting provider records standard server and security logs, which may include IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and timestamps. This website does not use advertising or profiling cookies.
We process personal data to respond to your enquiry; to provide, administer and improve professional services; to prepare and file statutory returns and documents on your instruction; to communicate service updates, deadlines and fee information; to maintain our books, working papers and records; and to comply with legal, regulatory and tax obligations applicable to us.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use enquiry data for unrelated marketing without your consent.
We process personal data on the basis of your consent, the performance of the engagement you have asked us to undertake, and our own legal and regulatory obligations.
Enquiry data that does not result in an engagement is retained for a reasonable period to answer follow-up correspondence and is then deleted. Engagement records, working papers and statutory documentation are retained for the period required by applicable Indian tax, corporate and professional record-keeping requirements, and thereafter deleted or anonymised.
We may share personal data with: government, tax and regulatory authorities where a filing or response is required or authorised by you; insurers, insurance intermediaries and financial institutions where you have asked us to assist with an insurance or funding requirement; and service providers who host our website, store our records or provide IT support, each of whom is bound by confidentiality obligations.
We may also disclose personal data where required by law, a court order or a competent authority. We do not otherwise share your data with third parties for their own purposes.

This website and our services are directed at adults and at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data through this website, please contact us so that it can be deleted.
